Outdoor Debs 2021 Protocols

Thank you for confirming your attendance for your upcoming Outdoor Debs 2021 with Plan My Debs. 
Your event will start at bus pick up location, agreed with your debs committee at 3pm where the bus will collect you. Here you will be checked on by one of our staff. 
ONLY the attendees and their partners they put on the form when checking in will be allowed on the bus to attend the event. Your ID will be checked to confirm that your name matches what we have on the list. The suggested attire for this event is formal wear. The venue is based in West Wicklow and is called The Cube it is based just past Blessington, the eircode is W91DN30. We provide transport to and from the venue and students will be dropped back to agreed location .
At Plan My Debs we have put everything possible in place for a safe, fun and enjoyable reunion for you and all your schoolmates to celebrate your Debs this summer. We are unique with regards to having complete and exclusive debs access to the venue where your debs is being hosted. We are fortunate that the size, layout and facilities available at your venue gives us a spacious, well ventilated and safe space to accommodate your event. All of our events will be run to the highest possible safety standards, in line with all HSE guidelines. 

Please note all of the following mandatory guidelines that will be in place for all attendees and strictly enforced.
  • All aspects of your event will take place outdoors, in line with the newly announced HSE guidelines, where we can accommodate up to 200 people 
  • Face coverings are mandatory on the bus both to and from the venue
  • Wash your hands properly with soap and water/or regularly use the alcohol hand sanitiser that will be available on site 
  • Keep at least 2 metres (6.5 feet) away from other people when indoors
  • Cover coughs or sneezes with a tissue or your sleeve
  • Wear a face covering when in any indoors using toilet facilities.

We would also like to remind you to prepare fully for the big day out and make sure you have everything you need for a memorable day, please remember this is an entirely outdoor event so here’s a short checklist of some things you might want to bring:

●      Flat shoes
●      Facemask (Mandatory)
